Your future plans

Assist the Offshore Engineering Leadership Team on external ccommunications to promote RWE Engineering (e.g. prepare slide decks, webcasts, panel discussions) as well as the establishment of an Engineering community platform.
Develop an Engineering Pipeline Dashboard to report project status across departments (The tool shall provide an overview of ongoing projects and setup continuous reporting process (red flags), dashboards and KPIs).
Support Heads of Department (HoD) to consolidate and harmonize project charters on standard templates, manage strategic activities and projects (e.g. Consolidate department Roadmaps, collect feedback and derive actions).
Prepare and facilitate the ELT Monthly Performance Dialog sessions (e.g. prepare slide deck, moderate and capture actions during the session, distribute and follow up).

Your powerful skills

You are a student in the field of business, IT engineering or science with a focus on communications and social media platform with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Programming skills, MS Excel, Airtable and MS Power point are required
Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively in a resultoriented team environment
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, acting comfortably in various cultural environments and enjoy working on an international team
