As our Accounting Lead you will act as a core member of the team steering our company into profitability and continued growth.

You will have an impact on:

Lead all our controlling and accounting efforts and further develop the accounting and controls setup to facilitate our international expansion into 5+ European countries
This involves our monthly books close, annual financial statements, consolidation across multiple entities, internal and external reporting preparation, as well as deviation analysis and rolling forecast maintenance
Further ownership of banking, accounts payable/receivable, and tax areas
Close collaboration with our external tax offices, likely taking the accounting inhouse and implementing an ERP solution in the next 912 months
Act as the internal POC for all financial questions as well as contribute to crossfunctional projects
Grow and manage a team focused on our accounting processes.

What you will add:

Demonstrated experience of successfully working in the Controlling/Accounting Function, ideally in a highgrowth startup environment
35+ years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, assurance, management consulting or similar
The ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic professional environment
A structured, resultsoriented, and selfdriven way of approaching tasks
Good understanding of German HGB accounting as well as IFRS is a plus
Fluency in English and German (C1-C2)
