The Company
A leading IPP looking for an experience individual to lead and build their technical asset management team.

Role Overview:

Lead and oversee technical asset management for utility-scale projects in Europe. Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of renewable energy projects throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership for technical management of assets.
Lead a team of technical experts and collaborate with stakeholders.
Monitor and optimise asset performance and maintenance.
Conduct technical due diligence for new projects and acquisitions.
Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
Manage budgets and cost control.
Foster crossfunctional collaboration for seamless operations.
Quality management for Project Management activities.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
Proven experience in technical asset management for utilityscale projects.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Management Experience.
Master English & German language at a full professional level both verbally and in writing.
