The role of a Captain (Director - B2B Sales) is primarily focused on business development and will work directly with our head office in Dubai and our Fulfillment Center in Manchester.


Responsibilities:


  • Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development and opportunity development and driving revenue by closing sales opportunities
  • Eventually build up a team to drive rapid new business sales growth within a defined territory
  • Build and drive sales strategy for the territory in conjunction with sales operations to effectively Go-ToMarket including understanding the competitive landscape, presence and strength within the territory
  • Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business
  • Work collaboratively across the region to ensure that initiatives, projects and best practice thinking are maximized
  • Achievement of annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Act as an Expert in C level meetings in order to leverage our offering
  • Build effective working relationships with our project management, technical support, sales operations and our free flight fulfillment agency
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in more than one business segment. (No IT or SW please)
  • C Level Contacts in FMCG, Telco, Finance, Retail, Consumer Electronics
  • Extensive track record of new business sales & marketing success including presentation and negotiation skills within the industry and at C Level within the respective market and industry
  • Fluency in English is a must, further language skills are an advantage
  • Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals
  • Experienced in driving sales process and drive effective working relationships
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around marketing and incentive campaigns
  • Ability to build long term strategic and senior level relationships
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
