Your responsibilities
- Evaluate and prepare the transition of the security system management from external service provider to our security department (Priority 1)
- Management of physical security technologies and systems at NTT Data Centers EMEA. Includes physical access control, video surveillance, security networks, radio over internet protocol, key management, and entry systems
- Deployment of security technologies in accordance with established requirements, standards, deadlines, and applicable employment law, company policy, and data privacy regulations
- Security system life cycle management to maintain system health and compliance. Includes system triage, service escalation, and the oversight of the maintenance and repair performed by vendor support teams
- Manage the hardware requirements, software versions and licensing requirements for all projects ensuring full compatibility for the region
- Collection and maintenance of security system data to identify system health, performance trends, system configuration compliance and recommend strategies to address issues at scale that are repeatable
- Manage regular site security system meetings with security operations and facility management teams. Review the current site system health, and the coordination of service with internal and external service providers
Your profile
- Ability to deal with complex security systems settings and requirements
- Strong electronic and/or IT related background
- Data Center experience is desirable
- Previous experience with the following systems is a plus: C-Cure (Tyco); Winguard; Cognify Cayuga; Milestone
- Language: English (fluent) German (fluent)
- Ability to deal with a fastpaced project environment and multiple project stakeholders
