As an internal software service provider, Rhenus Freight Network develops standardized software solutions to manage, optimize, and control transport processes by land, sea, and air.

Our regional Digital Transformation Teams (DTT) will be supported by the DTO by providing rollout standards, knowledge management, portfolio management (alignment) and change management.
What you can expect:
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams and all levels of management, as well as communicating with stakeholders and colleagues from different time zones is also part of your responsibilities.
- You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of individual topics and align with different international stakeholders.
- You create Rollout Project Standards.
- You take care of Program and Project Portfolio Management as well as Knowledge and Information Management.
- You develop Change Management Concepts and take on marketing tasks in this regard.
What you bring:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in logistics/ SCM, digital transformation, business informatics, economics or equivalent.
- You have professional experience and knowledge in the area of management and/ or technology consulting, project management and digital transformation, ideally with industry experience in logistics/ international Air & Ocean freight forwarding.
- In addition, you are an organizational multitasker with experience in digital transformation projects.
- You are seen as a change manager able to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
- You have strong project management and analytical and conceptual skills.
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and inspire in a diverse multicultural environment.
