Tasks

To lead our Global Sales Team we are looking for you based in Sulzberg (DE) or Murten (Switzerland) as

Global VP Sales, Service & Marketing (M/F)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Partner with our executive leadership team and sales partners to create a comprehensive commercial growth strategy that align to key business objectives
Own the longterm strategy for Water Infrastructure Inspection sales, marketing, and service
Build and foster a highperforming, metricsdriven sales culture by developing and implementing an integrated sales cadence, forecasting process, and operating plan
Develop and cultivate key relationships with customers globally
Obtain voice of customer and understand product needs through site visits and attending industryrelated tradeshows
Communicate vertically and cross functionally to encourage debate and invite diverse perspectives that drive better business outcomes through collaboration and innovation

Requirements:

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
Profound experience in Industrial Sales & Marketing both with direct and indirect sales channels
Experience in the water infrastructure industry is desired
Global experience leading large Commercial organizations and Commercial strategy development
Track record as an agent of change, who has established customercentric and growthminded teams that lead through collaborative partnerships
Demonstrated success in leading teams with a strong culture and results orientation
Strong crossfunctional business acumen and understanding
Business fluent English and German language skills
Ability to travel to sites and visit customers as needed (approximately 3050 %)
