fashionette is a European platform for premium and luxury fashion accessories.

We combine technology including our proprietary IT platform, data and analytics with our excellent industry know-how in fashion accessories helping women to complete their outfits.

Our success story started in 2008 focusing on handbags and has been developing into a leading online platform for premium and luxury fashion accessories in the DACH region which led to our IPO in October 2020.

Today, we offer over 25,000 products from more than 300 brands in categories including handbags, shoes, jewelry & watches, sunglasses, beauty and accessories.

Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility:

You are responsible for buying luxury brands and will deal operationally with the suppliers and brands
You are in charge of the selection and control of the assortment
You'll take an active role in searching for new partners and brands
You negotiate conditions with the respective suppliers of international brands
Seasonal volume and sales planning is also part of your responsibilities
You are responsible for the continuous analysis and management of all relevant operational and financial KPIs
You are involved in the development of marketing plans and promotional activities
You are the interface to our administrative purchasing team, which supports you in operational activities (e.g., delivery tracking, invoice workflow, etc.)

You are responsible for international trend and competition monitoring for your category:

Within the framework of project work on process optimization, you will help to shape the purchasing area and contribute to continuous improvement

Dein Talent / Your talent:

You have successfully completed your studies in business administration or similar
You are an aspiring purchasing talent, have at least 24 years of experience in purchasing and can demonstrate initial success in supplier management
You are a strong negotiator in English. Italian is optional but desired
You have strong analytical skills and are an expert in working with MS Excel
You are used to making databased decisions and have learned your trade in a dynamic environment or ideally in an ecommerce company
You have experience in purchasing consumer goods or lifestyle items; first contacts in the luxury fashion industry are an advantage
You love to take responsibility from day one and proactively develop your area of responsibility
You are used to taking on several responsibilities at the same time and have a handson mentality
You resist to high stress and very tight deadlines
You are good organizing priorities while under high pressure
