Job Summary


We are looking for a Regional Leader - DACH, who can develop and execute a localized go-to-market strategy and take the lead in the growing AWS and Data & Analytics market of the DACH Region.

As a Regional Leader, you will manage a team of cross-functional professionals who are responsible for sales, pre-sales and delivery and you will be a part of the EMEA management team, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, HR, Finance and more.

In this role, you'll support AllCloud's growth efforts in DACH through effective and results-focused Go-To-Market plans.


Location

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a budget for the market and track the development of revenues and investment decisions to grow the market
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with cloud partners (such as AWS, Snowflake, etc.) to drive new pipeline
  • Manage sales and be responsible for exceeding sales' critical metrics in the DACH market
  • Build and manage new and repeat sales cycles with prospects and existing customers
  • Maintain a high level of customer and employee satisfaction
  • Responsibility for the administration of the German office
  • Manage the local presales team to ensure AllCloud provides adequate solutions to its customers
  • Provide daytoday oversight of the local team and collaborate with crossfunctional leaders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend industry events and other relevant conventions to represent AllCloud

Summary of Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services
  • 10+ years of experience as a sales leader and managing a team
  • 10+ work experience in managing direct and crossfunctional teams in a global working environment

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent personnel, project and process leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in complex situations
  • Ability to work in varying situations, from committee and team to situations requiring considerable independence and selfmotivation
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a range of people from diverse backgrounds, countries, and organization levels
  • Knowledge of Salesforce as a CRM is a plus
  • Specific experience with cloudbased technologies is a plus

Certifications Preferred

  • AWS certification is an advantage
