TEAM DESCRIPTION

In our Global Data Management (GDM) department we connect data and culture, steer data initiatives, empower value creation through data quality and promote cross-functional data cooperation.

Providing a future-oriented structure for valuable data through data modelling, data provisioning and data governance: that is our mission In the GDM, 18 data enthusiastic colleagues, including 2 data governors, are looking forward to meeting you

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Team Manager Data Governance you are responsible for harmonizing and developing Data Governance and Governance Processes throughout the entire Dr. Oetker company and you support the Dr. Oetker business strategy (crossdomain).
Thereby you control, define and manage the further concept development and implementation of our Enterprise Data Model and our Data Glossary.
You are the worldwide "Single Point of Contact" for Data Governance (across domains, countries and departments). You act as the international contact person for data governance and you are responsible for the coordination of the business network.
Your responsibilities will include the implementation and management of data governance policies as well as alignment and coordination with our country organizations.
You manage (international) data projects and you bring decisions to our Data Board.

WHAT YOU BRING

You have a degree in Business Administration or similar with a focus on Data Management or Data Governance.
Ideally, you already have relevant professional experience in FMCG, Data Governance and Data Management.
You bring in a deep understanding of the data concept, the market and the business. You are accepted as a data expert, you are a "big picture" thinker and you are consumer and customer oriented.
You convince with your leadership and social skills, your high level of initiative and your entrepreneurial thinking. In addition, you have already gained extensive experience in project management and project leadership.
Your ability to mediate and bring different interest groups with different goals to a consensus as well as communication and networking skills distinguish you.
Very good language skills in German and English round off your profile.
