ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Audible Marketing Operations team (MOPS) is a centralized global team responsible for creating and delivering important customer communications.

This function plays a critical last-mile role in getting messages to customers and supports several internal marketing team across the entire member lifecycle.

This position is a 12 month fixed-term contract.

As a Specialist, Production Operations, you will

Manage copy and creative updates by working closely with marketers and other marketing operations team members to ensure the final campaign meets the requirements and has a good customer experience
Monitor the performance of campaigns and customer journeys by creating and updating reports, analyzing performance, and making recommendations for improvement
Work with marketers to improve project process and projects themselves through recommendations based on what you've seen work well before
Advocate for personalisation across all customer touchpoints using internal and external (i.e., Movable Ink) technology
Help identify opportunities for efficiency by automating whatever can be automated

Basic Qualifications

Basic knowledge of HTML
Business fluency in English, both written and spoken
Exceptional organizational skills to efficiently deliver tasks within specified timelines during agile sprints
