Description and Requirements:


JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of impactful marketing initiatives across the DACH Region.

This will include creating, launching, and monitoring various marketing campaigns, in partnership with both third-party vendors, internal stakeholders and other marketing team members to increase lead generation and drive business outcomes.

This role will report into the Senior Marketing Manager, DACH.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Together with the marketing and DACH team, you will support the development and execution of the region campaign and event strategy, content requirements, contact acquisition strategy, and budget allocations that drive results.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, create innovative initiatives and campaigns, and build and execute traditional and nontraditional methods of lead generation activities to accomplish marketing goals and objectives.
  • Define the target audience, needs, and challenges. Identify, and adjust, appropriate mix of assets and activities to engage the audience.
  • Support the European Marketing and DACH team goals to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and grow, influence and close $ revenue pipeline.
  • Synchronize with the inside sales teams to ensure closed loop process for lead generation programs.
  • Develop content to support online programs, nurtures, webcasts, and digital campaigns that map to target audience and buyer's journey stage.
  • Prepare enewsletters and other content created for relevant communication channels.
  • Organize communications support for various social media channels through content development, writing, editing, and content maintenance.
  • With the Marketing manager, DACH regularly assess program effectiveness and adjust as needed based on conversion rates, pipeline development and lead to opportunity conversion ratios.
  • Prepare marketing reports and analyses including progress towards set goals as well as recommendations for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider European team and US Marketing teams to deliver projects.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Participate in other projects or duties.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


  • Experience in executing small marketing projects or supporting larger marketing campaigns that create brand awareness and generate inbound leads
  • Knowledge of Marketing CRM, analytics, and automation tools (such as: Salesforce, Google Analytics, Pardot or Eloqua, HubSpot).
  • Experience working with Sales Teams and Inside Sales/Business Development teams
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in German and English
  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple projects to meet strict deadlines
  • Seeking a proactive, dynamic, results oriented, customer focused individual with a warm personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office packages.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Six (6) plus years of related experience in marketing.
  • Experience in business to business (B2B) marketing
  • Experience with analytical tools (such as Google Analytics) and deriving actionable insights from data for decision making.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
