Your mission:

Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and events
Coordinate the CEO's travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas
Prepare and edit the CEO's correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Handle the CEO's personal and professional expenses and reimbursements
Organize and maintain the CEO's files, records, and contacts
Research and gather information for the CEO's projects and initiatives
Communicate and collaborate with the CEO's internal and external stakeholders
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
Preparation of onsite visits ad events
Assisting with other activities for Clevel manageme

Your profile:

At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or a similar role
Strong organizational, time management, and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
Professionalism and confidentiality
Knowledge of the company's industry, products, and services
You are a team player.
