Aufgaben

For our production facility in Berlin-Tempelhof, we are looking for an experienced and committed shift leader.

As a shift shift leader, you will be responsible for monitoring the individual departments in our production facility and ensuring that all employees act and work in accordance with our hygiene regulations and Burgermeister guidelines.

You support the deputy production manager and the production manager in all matters and keep their backs free.

With your organizational talent and assertiveness, you ensure smooth processes in the production facility at all times.

Qualifikation

What you bring with you

You have completed vocational training, preferably in the gastronomy sector
You already have professional experience in a similar position
You have a hygienic and clean way of working
You have a positive charisma and team spirit
With your knowledge of English and German (spoken and written) you communicate with your colleagues without any problems
You have a sense of responsibility and reliability
Flexibility and commitment round off your profile
