Controller in Barcelona|Japanese Multinational - Management of Accounting Team
Important multinational company, of Japanese origin, in the agriculture and chemical sector.


Responsibilities of the position:
Maintenance and updating of the Company's Accounting Plan
General Accounting (with support from below). Calculation of expense accruals in monthly and annual closings.
Participation in the process of preparing the company's annual budget.

Review and reconciliation of accounts:
Clients, suppliers, banks and key balance sheet accounts
Execution of monthly and annual accounting processes and preparation of accounting closing information
Management of the Commercial Registry via electronic means, Official Accounting Books
Issuance and preparation of accounting and financial reports
Monthly process of inventory variation reconciliation. Coordination and assistance in external/internal audits
Other administrative tasks related to the position
Reporting (management reports) to the Financial Management (internal) and reporting to Headquarters
Management of a team of 4 people in Administration. Team already consolidated.
Stable incorporation into a consolidated multinational company of Japanese origin with the possibility of participating in international projects.
