WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Team coordination and implementation of team assistance tasks for the Application Management Services/CLT division, also internationally
Organization, preparation and followup of internal and external meetings
Supporting the creation of presentations and documentation in German and English
Supporting complex travel bookings
Departmentinternal management of administrative processes, e.g. orders, onboarding, invoicing, reporting and general external inquiries

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Successfully completed commercial training program, e.g. as an office organization specialist
Several years of professional experience in assistance
Very good knowledge of MS Office and common user tools such as SAP Fiori, AFI and travel expense tools
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
High degree of reliability and sense of responsibility as well as a structured and independent way of working
Enjoying the possibility to work in an international environment
