Job Summary:

Overview:

As a Head of Asset Management Value Add Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the performance and value of the company's assets.

This strategic position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of asset management principles, financial analysis, and a proven track record of implementing value-add strategies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance the overall return on investment and optimize the lifecycle of assets.

Responsibilities:

Active asset management including leasing, negotiation of contracts, and prolonging current leasing agreements for office assets
Disposing and actively selling assets as needed
Creating business plans and implementing

- leading service providers and internal team members in day to day activities

Liaise with top tier PERE or Angelo Saxon investors and creating reporting

- analysis leasing proposals, IRR'S, and having a strategic mindset in creating value

Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies aligned with organisational goals
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify valueadd opportunities and establish key performance indicators
Conduct indepth financial analysis of assets, assessing performance and identifying areas for improvement
Implementing of ESG topics
Managing Capex projects ( value add )

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.
Proven experience in asset management with a focus on valueadd strategies specifically office in Germany
Ability to negotiation large leases independently and have created business plans and implemented
Actively participated or assisted in disposals/sales of assets
Have leadership abilities to manages a team or have aspirations to
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
Indepth knowledge of real estate markets and trends.
Ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams
