- Abstimmung mit Entwicklung und Testern applikations- und standortübergreifend
- Inbetriebnahme und Modifikation von Soft- und Hardwarekomponenten
- Teilnahme an internen und externen Testfahrten mit Kundenbeteiligung
- Aussteuerung von externen Teams und Bewertung der Ergebnisse
- Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften (Elektrotechnik, Informationstechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss)
- Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Automotive Software- / System-Validierung
- Erste Führungserfahrungen, Fähigkeit ein Team zu organisieren und in Konfliktsituationen zu vermitteln
- Hardwarekenntnisse von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in Telematik SW Entwicklung/Architektur von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit zu analysieren, zu kommunizieren und zu präsentieren
- Kommunikativ und Teamfähig
- Zielorientiert, Ergebnisorientiert, Networking Kompetenz
- Programmier- und Softwarekenntnisse in Python, C#, C++, MySQL von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
