YOUR TASKS

Build and use the Agile testing environment infrastructure — including the test toolchain — as well as integrating assets from Agile teams and performing endtoend solution testing
Develop and implement test strategies and plans to ensure the quality of the final product, along the whole development cycle including MIL SIL,PIL, HIL up to offsite train tests
Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing and communicating those risks
Reconcile test concept and strategy with involved department
Plan and create test cases, scripts, and other test documentation, and ensure that they are properly executed and tracked for an agile development process
Communicate testing status and results to project stakeholders, including management and customers

YOUR PROFILE

University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Beneficial ISQTP Advanced or Expert Certification
Experience in testing of dependable systems
Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing mechatronic products in a role as test management
Fluent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
Experience in test environment for safety related product development
Experience with performance testing and real time simulations testing
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with testing
