What you'll do:


  • You will be managing Emma's demand planning team. Leading the demand planners by providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
  • You will lead Emma's S&OP process, analyzing sales data and incorporating input from all stakeholders to create a demand plan that drives service level goals and inventory optimization.
  • You will manage demand planning processes, including statistical forecasting and collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including Emma's country teams, Marketing, and Operations to incorporate customer insights into forecasts.
  • You will work closely with the supply planning team to ensure that inventory levels are optimized to minimize stockouts while minimizing excess inventory.
  • You will monitor and report on forecast accuracy, service level performance, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You will continuously assess market trends, competitor activity, and other external factors that impact demand planning, adjusting forecasts as needed to respond to changing market conditions.

Who we are looking for:


  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, supply chain or a related field.
  • You have strong leadership and team management skills.
  • You are strategically driven. You can develop and implement an ambitious vision for the team.
  • You are analytically strong, can draw meaningful insights when looking at data and have a problemsolving mindset.
  • Experience in demand planning, as well as S&OP processes is a big plus.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization, as well as very good English skills.
