For the GEODIS EUROPE Region in Hamburg/Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a:
Regional Tender & Implementation Working Student (M/F/x)

Tasks

Supports the team from RFIs to RFQs and contract award until the actual golive of the project
Maintains project documents (action tracker, status update reports, etc.)
Attends internal meetings including preparation and followup
Performs different analysis related to volume data and providing analytical support for pricing
Supports during the development of automated tender pricing tool
Optimizes the solution at every stage of the process
Identifies and implements continuous improvements during the tender and implementation phases
Helps during training on tender & implementation matters to countries

Requirements:

Currently studies logistics / business administration or an equivalent discipline
First knowledge of Supply Chain Management is beneficial
Advanced knowledge of Sharepoint, MS Teams, MS Office suite, especially Excel
Strong analytical thinking incl. the ability to collect and analyse relevant information
Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
Open mindedness to work in and with an international team
Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
