ServiceNOW Administrator (w/m/d):

Flexible work in Borken, Düsseldorf or Saarlouis. Unlimited. Full time or close to full time. Everything is possible.

We are currently seeking a talented ServiceNOW Administrator to join our team.

As the ServiceNOW Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of the ServiceNOW platform, which is a key component of our telco operation.

You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure the platform is optimized to meet our business needs.


Das treibst du voran:


  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNOW platform which includes development, test, and production instances
  • Develop and configure ServiceNOW modules, workflows, and catalog items
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement ServiceNOW solutions
  • Provide support and training to endusers on ServiceNOW functionality
  • Monitor ServiceNOW performance and ensure high availability
  • Implement ServiceNOW best practices and standards
  • Participate in ServiceNOW upgrades and releases

Das zeichnet dich aus:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNOW administration
  • Experience with ServiceNOW ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNOW workflows and catalog items
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • ServiceNOW CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification
  • Fundamental understanding of IT Service Management, preferably an ITIL certificate
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically fiber optic networks, is a plus
