Job Description: To strengthen our Dispute Resolution Team with a focus on Intellectual Property, we are currently looking for candidates at our Munich office.

Law Clerks (m/f/d) for Legal Training and/or Research Assistants (m/f/d)

Are you seeking an international work environment and interested in gaining insights into Dispute Resolution with a focus on Intellectual Property? In this position, you will advise German and international clients on trademark, design, competition, and copyright law. The team also provides comprehensive advice on all matters of industrial property protection, with deep industry knowledge and extensive expertise related to market entry in the EU and marketing campaigns (e.g., ESG, Green Advertising, and Labelling).

- You have successfully completed the First State Examination with above-average results.
- You possess excellent English skills.

Your Responsibilities with Us:

- You actively participate in advising international clients in administrative and judicial proceedings in the field of Intellectual Property Law (especially in the areas of trademark, design, and copyright law), freedom of expression law, unfair competition law, and trade secret protection law (including in the Automotive, Telecommunications, and Fashion sectors).
- You assist the team in providing extrajudicial advice in these areas, with a particular focus on the technology sector where advice at the intersection of Intellectual Property and regulatory requirements plays a significant role.
- You conduct research on various legal issues.
- You support in drafting and negotiating license agreements and preparing legal opinions.
- You contribute to scientific publications, presentations, and legal opinions on Intellectual Property Law.
