Missionen

Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Waren für Alstom-Projekte

- Überwachung der Leistungen von Lieferanten

Teilnahme/Leitung zur Verbesserung der Leistungssteigerung des Lieferanten
Beitrag zur Lieferantenauswahl

Aufgaben

Interne Lieferanten: Verwaltung des Bestellanforderungsflusses bis zu Materialplanungsbelegen
Externe Lieferanten: Nachbereitung der Beschaffung der Fälligkeit der Bestellanforderungsstufe zum Starten von Materialplanungsbelegen
Sicherstellung und Aktualisierung der Genauigkeit der Materialplanungsstammdaten (in Übereinstimmung mit Bestands

- und Logistikzwängen)

Erstellen der Materialplanungsbelege (Calloff, Schedule Agreement) und der entsprechenden Quellliste
Kommunikation der Materialplanungsdokumente an Lieferanten und Einholung der Lieferantenbestätigung
Analyse von Lieferantenbestätigungen im Vergleich zu Alstom-Anforderungen und Bewertung der Risiko/Wirkungserwartung für Produktion/Projekte
Identifizierung von Prioritäten im Zusammenhang mit der Risiko/Wirkungsvorhersage und Einrichtung von Wiederherstellungsmaßnahmen
Verwaltung von Routinen mit Lieferanten, um den Status der Lieferungen zu überprüfen
Analyse und Verwaltung von Dispositionsausnahmemeldungen und Antizipierung von Versorgungsproblemen (Rückstände, Engpässe, keine Nachfrage...).
Verwaltung von Lieferterminen in ERP
Verfolgung fehlender Teile bis zur Lagerverfügbarkeit
Sicherstellung von Nichtübereinstimmungen
Behebung von Empfangsproblemen (Überlagerung, Knappheit, Schäden, Dokumentation usw.)
Analyse und Teilen von Lieferleistungen von KPIs mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (Intern & Extern)
