- Du kümmerst Dich um die ganzheitliche operative und administrative Abwicklung der Logistik Abläufe von der Warenannahme über die Kommissionierung bis hin zur Warenausgabe
- Du verpackst Luxusuhren und Zubehör, bereitest den Versand mit hoher Sorgfalt vor und bist verantwortlich für die administrative Abwicklung von Retouren
- Du erfasst, pflegst und aktualisierst äußerst gewissenhaft und sorgfältig die Daten der Waren in unseren Warenwirtschaftssystem und führst regelmäßige Inventuren durch
- Du bereitest Uhren für die persönlichen Übergaben an unsere Kunden vor
- Du wirkst bei Reporting-Prozessen von relevanten Kennzahlen für die Logistik mit, unterstützt bei der Optimierung von operativen Logistikprozessen und fungierst als Ansprechpartner für Schnittstellen Teams der Logistik wie, das Einkaufsteam, Werkstattteam und Client Advisory Team DEIN PROFIL - BEI UNS ZÄHLT, WIE DU TICKST
- Du kannst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Sachbearbeitung oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich vorweisen
- Du hast 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Groß- und Außenhandel oder in einer Spedition gesammelt
- Du bist äußerst gewissenhaft und sorgfältig, arbeitest gerne im Team und überzeugst mit Deiner Erfahrung, Proaktivität und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
- Du bist fleißig, hast einen hohen Anspruch an Deine Arbeit und bist in hohem Maße vertrauenswürdig mit entsprechendem polizeilichen Führungszeugnis
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gut Englisch und besitzt idealerweise einen Führerschein der Klasse B
