Ecolab is searching for a


Regulatory Specialist (f/m/d) European Biocidal Actives
based in Monheim am Rhein / Barcelona / Northwich


Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in Ecolab Active Substance level dossier preparation and defense as a dossier manager for Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR) EU 528/2012 within our Global Substance Center of Excellence team.
  • Liaise with notified bodies and competent authorities with tasks related to the BPR and lead with quick response on shortterm requests.
  • Review and document budget, internal data, contracts and data sharing agreements to ensure Regulatory and Legal compliance
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to translate Ecolab Business needs into Regulatory action.
  • Effectively prioritize time and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Maintain and share your deep knowledge and relevant professional memberships and certifications.

Your Profile

  • MSc degree or PhD in Toxicology, Ecotoxicology, Chemistry, Engineering, Biology or other related field. Experience in Ecotoxicology or Human Toxicology a bonus.
  • 5 years work experience in Regulatory Affairs related to Biocides Actives or REACH substances
  • Experience with Active Substances and Consortia a strong plus.
  • Experience with Regulatory Agency and Competent Authority communication.
  • Good problemsolving skills, ability to proactively communicate and cooperate independently to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a virtual base
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and excellent time management skills whilst running concurrent tasks/projects.
  • Fluent English with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of EHS SAP module is a plus
