Your new challenges:

You will manage the Order to Cash department within the country Express Finance organization and report directly to the CFO
Together with your team (currently 10 employees), you manage the entire ordertocash processes handled by national and international shared service centers with more than 100 employees
You are responsible for the entire ordertocash operation from start to finish in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
You will work closely with the senior management team, shared service centers, OtC Global, Express Sales, Operations and other support functions to improve the overall OtC process
Taking the lead, you will ensure that the overall OtC KPIs are ahead of, or at least in line with, the plan and guarantee that the global OtC standard process is fully implemented in the local business
You are the visionary with a high commitment to CX (Customer Experience), ICCC (Insanely Customer Centric Culture) and NPA (Net Promotor Approach)
You initiate crossfunctional projects and ensure their success
You are responsible for a 2 billion EUR collection portfolio (Transport & Duty Sales)
In addition, you participate in customer escalations and support the business

Your profile:

You have completed your Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering or a similar business related field
You have deep Finance & Order to Cash experience and have at least 510 years of professional experience in a similar role
You have the ability to autonomously drive projects, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple stakeholders
You have strong process and analytical skills in receivables and revenue to deliver superior data driven performance
You bring excellent MS Office skills and ERP system SAP to the table
You are selfmotivated, resultsoriented and enjoy working independently: You take leading by example seriously, have a handson mentality, always demonstrate a positive attitude and are a true team player
You are curious and open to continuously improving the customer experience and contribute to our ICCC culture
You use your strong leadership skills to drive your team to peak performance and motivate them in a sustainable way
You have the ability to provide employees with appropriate training and support materials
German language skills are advantageous
