- Lead and manage the SMB team, overseeing all aspects of people management including recruitment, onboarding, and coaching to foster a positive team culture
- Anticipate market trends and proactively initiate strategic actions to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies and tactics to expand our SMB and volume business
- Set quarterly growth initiatives for SMB Channel partners and leads the team in quality scalable execution
- Implement Industry Accelerator for SMB Channel and supporting Autodesk and Partner collaboration
- Implementing SMB development plans on their path to SaaS Solution Providers
- Ensure operational support to streamline processes and optimize efficiency within the SMB team
- Foster a culture of motivation among team members, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
- Cultivate positive relationships with assigned partners, striving to enhance satisfaction and loyalty within the segment

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced leader to manage the new team focusing on Small & Medium partners in Central, Northern and Eastern Europe. We are the EMEA Channel organization that drives partners performance while guiding them in transformation to SaaS model.
In your role you will hire and lead a team of four Inside Partner Managers, define priorities for SMB Channel strategy execution and lead assigned partners segment performance. You will report into the Sr. Channel Manager Gold & SMB.
We value hybrid working and if you live near enough to one of our offices you are welcome to work there some or all of the time.
