- Representing the Lab Automation business in all customer interactions and build strong, collaborative customer relationships
- Implementation of our sales process from the identification of potential customers to the conclusion of the customer contract
- Maintain partnership relationships between customers and our lab automation team to ensure a smooth process and a positive customer experience
- Actively identifying new prospects and customers, in addition to growing business with existing customers
- Actively working with sales management to develop service and support-related territory plans with opportunity maps, target and key customers, sales strategies, tactics, and resource requirements
- Providing monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Integration consultation, including analysis of application-based workflows and throughputs, design of system configurations, selection of instrument sets, and development of offerings and management of customer expectations
- Developing and delivering high-quality technical specifications and presentations for customized solutions
- Demonstrating our Momentum planning and workflow software in relation to customer specifications Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
- Degree in natural sciences with a technical focus and relevant professional experience or comparable qualification
- Proven track record in selling laboratory automation, large capital goods, or related products
- Experience in sales in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce experience is an advantage)
- Strong customer relationship building skills as well as persistent, creative and productive sales approach
- High degree of flexibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel (30-70%) for customer visits and participation in trade fairs and customer-oriented events
- Car driver's license required
- Fluent in English
- Open and constructive communication style (oral and written), including the ability to present in front of a wide audience Benefits:
