We're looking for fintech enthusiasts to join us in creating the financial infrastructure of tomorrow.

We're building the first European Investment API to enable any financial institution to offer a broad range of investment products in their apps.

Our view is backed by Europe's largest tech VCs (Earlybird, Notion Capital, Partech, HV Capital, ABN AMRO Ventures) by renowned fintech entrepreneurs (including Maximilian Tayenthal, founder of N26, and Felix Haas, founder of IDnow) and Bessemer Venture Partners in the USA.

The role should be based in Berlin. If you want to move to Berlin though, we're happy to support your relocation.

As a senior people business partner you will:

  • Act as a performance improvement agent and accelerate positive changes in the people management
  • Proactively support and improve the delivery of people
    processes and policies:
  • Support the design of
    onboarding plans for new employees and help in monitoring their progress from the people perspective
  • Help to maintain a strong bond between management and team, be a focal point of
    telling the story and bring the best solutions for employees
  • Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency
  • Promote
    learning & growing by facilitating our biannual progress cycle, and ongoing checkins. Help to implement learning and development offerings within the teams
  • Strengthen our
    team first approach by shaping happy & productive teams. Take part in arranging and facilitating team and company events
  • Challenge the organisational structure when needed, help teams and departments to shape the best working environment to
    make it easier for everyone

Job requirements:


  • 58 years experience as people partner within dynamic tech companies
  • Fintech background is an advantage
  • Team first approach, great relationships builder
  • Maturity, ability to see the big picture and mediate complex situations

Owning the outcome, ability to deliver matrix projects and drive excellence result

  • Strong project and change management skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • German labor law knowledge, skills and experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a big plus)
