This global defined role opens great opportunities for technology driven professional with proven experience in developing, implementing, managing and evaluating diverse teams and the organizations technology resources.
Your role:
Being fully responsible for the technology architecture of an organization
Recruiting, scaling, managing the team of Senior IT engineers (mainly AWS, Java/Python)
Building and expanding global technology hubs in different locations
Defining and evaluating the strategy for the organizations software portfolio
Acting as a Senior Sparring Partner in large scale projects
Supporting the Business Development structures
Your profile:
Minimum 10 years of software development and engineering leadership role (teams 20+)
Experience in software engineering and software architecture (Cloud SaaS Model)
Being always up to date with latest technology trends
Excellent organization, time management skills and ability to work independently
Confident communication and collaboration skills
Fluent English is a must, German is nice to have
