We are looking for a working student in

Business Process Management (M/F/d) to support the driving process management initiatives including process documentation, improvement and automation.

What You Will Do

You will constantly drive simplification, innovation and sustainability by analyzing, documenting, improving and qualifying processes for every form of automation, together with the team
You support in developing our process environment based on process governance and guidance, driving transparency and standardization across the company
You moderate our crossfunctional community of process experts, fostering knowledge and best practice sharing across the company
You ensure service management of our process management tools
You must be passionate about technology and/or sustainability to push business transformation towards a full digital and sustainable business

What You Bring

Ongoing Master's Degree
Duration: at least one year
Strong interest (and possibly first experience) in business process management, business administration, sustainability management, innovation management or change management
Selfmotivated, organized and capable of handling own responsibilities and tasks to successful completion, in a fastpaced, digital environment
Excellent communication as well as facilitation and interpersonal skills combined with a strong handsonmentality
IT and system thinking skills combined with proven problemsolving mindset
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (a plus: in German)
A plus: first experience in simple project management, as well as process reengineering, process development and process automation
A plus: BPMN 2.0 or similar practical expertise
