Your tasks:

You are responsible for building up our dearest asset our team
Grow our company with highly ambitious, passionate, and collaborative employees who want to make a difference
Source new talent through different channels and by using various effective strategies
Build and optimize our recruiting process and infrastructure
Draft compelling job ads in collaboration with the hiring managers
Help build a large success story and transforming patients' lives worldwide with groundbreaking new therapies.

Your profile:

Completed Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent
3+ years experience in recruitment and HR, experience in active sourcing is a plus.
Familiar with recruitment and HR software (e.g, Personio, Lever, Join, LinkedHelper, etc.) and the Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge in talent acquisition and active sourcing techniques and channels
Datadriven and processoriented
Always willing to improve and learn
Experienced in building worldclass teams
A true passion for working with people: You love to convince them, you are empathic, serviceoriented, dedicated and face stressful situations with a smile.
Strong German

- and English-speaking skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and willing to find the best yet pragmatic solutions.
