Your area of responsibility:
- Identifying product requirements in close cooperation with our marketing and sales team
- Leading and managing product development and product change projects to provide competitive product solutions that fulfill all relevant legal and regulatory requirements as well as customer needs
- Evaluation of thirdparty Intellectual Property as well as creation of own Intellectual Property
- Idea generation for new products and technologies
- Conduction of value analyses, market tests and competitor product analyses
- Close collaboration with other departments e. g. marketing, production, supply chain, regulatory affairs etc.
- Ensuring product compliance to all relevant rules and guidelines
What we look for:
- University degree in Science or Engineering
- Experience with product development techniques and relevant regulatory requirements for medical devices
- Knowledge of medical têxtiles and related production technologies
- Knowledge in patent literature and basic knowledge of patent law
- Process understanding, knowledge of quality management and project management tools
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English
