Tasks

What are your major responsibilities?

As Project Coordinator, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate and manage tasks and deliverables across various consulting and learning & development projects.
  • Support in project planning and scheduling.
  • Record accurate and detailed meeting minutes.
  • Copyedit and format documents and reports.
  • Assist with drafting letters and other client correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Prepare visually appealing and professional PowerPoint slides.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn new digital tools such as Asana.
  • Support making travel arrangements.
  • Update CRM database information.

Requirements:

What do you bring?

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong administrative and scheduling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • German language skills are a plus.
  • Keen to learn and grow in an administrative support role.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to take on new challenges.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive team player with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Open to feedback and eager to improve skills.
  • Shares our values.
  • Possession of German work permission.
