Your Team:


The European Importer Regional Office based in Kronberg is a growing and very dynamic team looking after 20 importers and 32 markets including Nordics, Switzerland, Eastern Europe and Ireland etc.

To support our
Customer Service Team within the European Importer Regional Office and for an immediate start we are looking for a:


Trainee Customer Service Management (f/m/d)

(duration of 24 months)

Your Tasks:


  • Drive Customer Service revenue jointly with Commercial and Regional Management Teams
  • Liaise with European market stakeholders to align, agree and track Key Performance Indicators across the Aftersales business
  • Enhance the Jaguar Land Rover Ownership Experience through market research, handling of customer issues, mobility requests and management of goodwill process
  • Define and support retailer process actions and roll out technical & commercial campaigns
  • Create daytoday and ad hoc reports and analytics to support Customer Service performance throughout the region
  • Actively participate in strategic Customer Service projects

Your Profile:


  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, Engineering or a similar field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Enjoys working with excel
  • Interest in automotive industry & customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office incl. Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively complete tasks, whilst maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong team player, able to communicate at all levels within the business
  • High degree of competitor and market awareness
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
  • Excellent command of English, second language desired
