- Develop and implement the EMEAI product stewardship strategy in line with our global vision.
- Lead a team of product stewardship professionals to create a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Ensure compliance with REACH and other regional chemical and product regulations.
- Contribute to the Future of Sustainability: Drive impactful change by executing the EMEAI product stewardship strategy, ensuring the safety and sustainability of our products in the region.

- Global Engagement: Collaborate with teams across Momentive to achieve strategic goals, making a significant impact on a global scale.
- Manage talent development and performance of a regional team of Product Stewardship professionals.
- Participate in developing Momentive's Global Product Stewardship Strategy, collaborating with various internal teams.
- Implement product stewardship processes to meet business needs effectively.
- Lead the regional team in executing product registrations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Support business growth through the development of REACH registration strategies.
- Communicate with customers on product stewardship matters and stay informed about new regulations.
- Advise business leadership on regulatory changes and developments in the region.
- Engage in advocacy work and support Product & Application Risk Reviews.
- Conduct training on Product Stewardship and compliance requirements.
- Manage regional budget and service providers.
- Establish metrics for work progress and compliance.
- Travel occasionally as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in chemical/petrochemical environments with supervisory roles in product stewardship.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in implementing regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in international teams and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience in Dangerous Goods Transportation and SAP EHS.
- Certification in Six Sigma and customer-facing experience.
- Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm.
