Your tasks
- Recording of repair documents and weekly reports
- Invoicing
- Document filing and maintenance in our document management system
- Supporting the service coordinators in their daily work
- Managing overtime requests and recording the working hours of our technicians
- Order management for all incoming training orders
- Recording of training assessments and participant lists
- Creation of training certificates
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or similar qualification
- Technical affinity desirable
- First professional experience in a comparable position ideally in a technically oriented company
- Basic knowledge of English
- Independent, reliable and careful way of working
