Information Security Consulting Team Lead - 100% Remote - up to €140k
My client is a rapidly growing global tech company with a passion for Information Security and Data Privacy.
They have multiple offices across Europe and are currently operating in over 45 countries worldwide with ambitions to expand further in 2023.
Due to the hyper growth the Information Security department is currently looking for an Information Security Consulting Team Lead to join their HQ in Germany.
The successful Information Security Consulting Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Lead the Information Security team of 11 FTE (and growing)
- Guide the Information Security team to success by providing regular feedback and assessments
- Liaise with the Senior Leadership team to ensure companywide best practices are implemented
- Participate from time to time in technical activities (Implementing ISMS, ISO27001 certification)
- Oversee the whole Information Security consulting function
This role can be 100% home office; however, you are required to visit the Munich HQ once a month for around 3-4 days for onsite activities and meetings.
Essential:
- 3+ years of management experience in Information Security
- Experience managing more than 4 FTE's in a fast growing environment
- Business fluent in German language
Desirable:
- Industry certifications e.g. ISO27001 LI / LA
- Experience with TISAX
- Consulting background
