You can look forward to these tasks- Provide functional/technical leadership to outline way forward for developer/engineer, product manager and customer- Act in gatekeeper role before demand fufilment starts- Replace product manager in case of absence; prepare to take over potential new chapter lead within 18-36 months- Create solution designs as foundation for developer/engineer tasks- Provide adequate documentation and visualization of designs- Translate qualified user needs into feasible solutions, embedded in overarching enterprise architecture- Support product manager and customer by proposing and assessing different solution concepts to select the optimal option- Synch technical and business roadmaps by identifying technical capabilities and dependencies and sort them in a meaningful way- Ensure consistency and accuracy between agreed design, change implementation and architecture map Own problem management and root cause analysis processesThese skills distinguish you- Very good understanding of system architectures and interaction of architectural components within an overall service/solution concept- Stay abreast of related technology to recommend future system enhancements, improve troubleshooting and reduce manual tasks- Making and implementing recommendations for resources required to maintain and/or to expand requested service/security levels- Track record of min 3 yrs.

overall experience in Citrix, especially DaaS, VDI, ADC/NetScaler and related virtualization services- Translate customer demands into technically solid designs, foster approval process, guardrail implementation within releases and projects Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills incl.

ability to document and visualize properly- A solid technical understanding of Citrix Cloud solutions and its partner ecosystem
