Hi, my name is Martin and I am the CIO responsible for IT and Analytics at Unite. We're looking for a Data Officer to support us in developing and implementing our IT data strategy.

Your role:

You ́ll be the decision maker regarding our IT data strategy and will help it evolve in concert with our IT teams and aligned with our product agenda
You ́ll lead the management of the data infrastructure within our Unite platform
You ́ll act as a main stakeholder for our Feature & Analytics teams to coordinate and promote your IT data strategy
As part of the Analytics and IT management you ́ll closely collaborate with our Chief Software Architect, our IT Operations Officer, our IT Security Officer and our Head of Agile
You ́ll observe technological trends and evaluate our internal state of technology

Your qualifications:

You have extensive experience and knowledge regarding technology for data integration and know how a modern data stack looks like
You not only understand complex data structures as they arise in a platform environment, but also are able to communicate complex facts in an easytounderstand way
You can motivate and empower people to follow your ideas and visions
You are familiar with data governance and data protection compliance as you'll be involved in defining schemas, using and distributing data, defining data retention and deletion, etc.
You have an university degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or something comparable
You speak German and English fluently
