Higher semester of the Bachelor's degree, preferably Civil Engineering or comparable
Knowledge of project management and controlling
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Interest and ability to familiarize yourself with procurement and funding regulations
A very high degree of initiative and team spirit
Confident appearance, negotiating skills and sociability
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

Support in the financial and technical coordination of research and capacity building projects
Communication with the project partners, funding agencies and the RWTHinternal divison for the Management of Third-Party Funds
General administrative tasks related to the projects

What We Offer:

The position is to be filled by 8/1/2024 and offered for a fixed term upon initially 03/31/2025.

It should be clear that we are looking for a person who can stay at least 2 years at our department to deal with the currently proceeding projects.

This is a part-time contract position.
The standard weekly hours will be 8 hours.
The salary is based on the RWTH Guidelines for Student and Graduate Assistants.
The position corresponds to a pay grade of 13,25 € per hour.
