Your Tasks:


  • Lead and develop Sales Team and Sales Representatives covering the United States and Canada
  • Direct Account Management of key Customers and territory to be defined
  • All Marketing activities including advertising online and trade shows in cooperation with corporate Marketing
  • Maintaining existing long term customer relationships and developing new customers
  • Work closely with Engineering, Service, and Management to provide the best product and service to customers
  • Commercial Project Management activities associated with machine purchases and installation activities
  • Negotiating purchase contracts
  • Frequent travel to customer facilities and European manufacturing facility
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business alternatively 10+ years experience in Manufacturing
  • Technical and Commercial Sales of Machine Tools or similar capital equipment
  • Experience with custom CNC Machine Tool Applications
