Our client is a world leading pharmaceutical company, for their Berlin Production Site, they're currently looking for a:

Head of GMP/Compliance (Formulation)

The Head of GMP/Compliance is responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP standards in the areas of cleaning validation, GMP documentation, in-process control, as well as deviation and change management in the formulation area.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for coordinating, preparing for, and following up on audits and inspections in the area.
You will lead the qualification team.
You will supervise and coach approximately 1520 directly supervised employees.
You will prepare employee training sessions and conduct them independently.
You will initiate and oversee projects aimed at improving quality.
You will conduct risk analyses for existing processes and in the context of changes.

WHAT YOU BRING

You have a degree in pharmacy; alternatively, with sufficient professional experience, you have completed an alternative natural science degree.
You have several years of professional and leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as experience in employee and team development.
You have excellent knowledge of drug development and manufacturing.
You have good knowledge of regulations.
You have a strong sense of quality and cost awareness.
You have very good decisionmaking and assertiveness skills.
You bring a high degree of flexibility, communication skills, and social competence.
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
