What you'll do


As part of the Labs Berlin Operations and Strategy team, you will assist on the successful E2E execution of various (virtual and in-person) events and provide ad-hoc operations support to the team.

You will take over strategic initiatives and maximize operational efficiencies in event and project management.


As Working Student or Intern in the NVT Berlin Strategy and Operations team, you will facilitate the successful execution of different internal events and connect with various stakeholders.

You will facilitate smooth operations and implement and streamline program processes.

  • Create and write social content for our virtual audiences in line with our overall innovation communications strategy & brand messaging
  • Plan, schedule, and manage postings across various channels while ensuring one voice and own editorial planning
  • Monitor our social media channels, report and analyze KPIs and identify areas for datadriven growth & improvement
  • Help shape our social media strategy and work closely with NVT communications team members to develop and execute social strategies & campaigns
  • Bring new, innovative ideas for engaging formats to grow our digital audience across social channels
  • Collaborate with other departments (development, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions

What you bring
- (Master-)Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Communications, Design and/or Marketing, Social Sciences, Humanities, Visual Communications, Business Administration or similar
  • Wellversed in MS Office, Tableau or similar and able to rapidly and independently learn new tools to translate sophisticated and creative analyses into actionable results, messages, and presentations
  • Have an analytical mindset and can independently extract relevant information and hypotheses from various sources
  • Language skills: English and German proficiency required
  • Highly flexible, able to work and thrive in a rapidly changing environment, able to handle uncertainty and frequent changes.
  • Excellent executer gets the job done in a positive, reliable and encouraging manner.

SAP's New Ventures & Technologies (NVT) business unit is SAP's central innovation unit and a strategic pioneer of transformative technologies and business incubation.

By developing unconventional solutions, inspiring prototypes, and new products, we drive progress in the IT industry and bring the latest trends to SAP.


The NVT COO team orchestrates and guides the execution of SAP ́s long-term innovation strategy with the local Berlin & Potsdam Chapter in conjunction with SAP Labs Berlin.

As part of SAP Labs Berlin, the NVT Berlin Strategy and Operations team focuses on strengthening SAP ́s position as an innovation driver and thought leader in the vast ecosystem of Berlin through various strategic and customer-centric projects and driving local employee engagement.

The team also functions as cross-departmental and cross-board support to enable internal and external collaboration projects and establish business processes by turning creative thinking into innovative solutions pursuing an end-to-end responsibility approach for all projects in record time.
