Who you can become with us
You will gain insights into the Google Cloud & Marketing Platform and work with state-of-the-art tools and high-performing teams. As a Strategic Account Management Lead you will drive growth, manage key accounts, and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Guide and develop a team of Account Managers to support their individual growth and help them achieve business goals
  • Develop and implement a strategic account plan for key clients to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Analyze client data and provide insights to drive growth
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the performance of key accounts
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and with crossfunctional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop and implement best practices for account management to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery

The person we are looking for

  • Has a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on tech and digital marketing
  • Has proven experience in strategic client leadership and management and driving growth in a digital marketing or technologyfocused environment
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Brings strong analytical and problemsolving skills to the table
  • Has excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
  • Is fluent in English and German
