In the 1950s, global trade changed for good. The invention of the standardized container suddenly meant that transporting goods across the world became affordable. And with that, paved the way for globalization and global wealth.

But contrary to the container, most surrounding processes have not been standardized nor innovated—and are still frustratingly complex, manual, and error-prone.

That's why our ambition is to use technology to simplify the logistics of global trade, making the processes around the container as simple as the container itself.

We do that by providing a neutral infrastructure that connects all logistics companies to remove friction and create economic opportunity.

Promotor (f/m/d)

As a Promotor with xChange, you will have the chance to kickstart your career in sales with the opportunity to develop into an Experienced Sales Development Representative.

This means you will play a critical role in the success of xChange by creating a buzz, generating interest in our products, and bringing in new sales leads.

Your tasks:

Research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities for xChange
Preselect and identify decisionmakers, demonstrate the xChange value proposition, and set up demo calls with Executive team
Work together with our Sales Managers mastering our CRM system (Pipedrive) to report on all important activities and insights gathered throughout the whole sales process

Your profile

First experience as a Promotor, approaching potential clients on a daily basis
Excellent communication skills you know how to successfully approach and engage with prospects
Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
You are target driven by nature and want to exceed where ever possible
You are a team player and have the motivation to make a difference
Fluency in English and all additional languages are a plus
