Job Description:


For the construction of a gigafactory for the production of battery elements, the building infrastructure must be planned and implemented.

For this purpose, we are looking for an experienced site manager for building infrastructure from the concept phase to implementation with the following responsibilities:


  • Ensuring expert support for all building infrastructure related measures
  • Identifying / defining the relevant standards / specifications for battery cell production and ensuring implementation in the construction measures
  • Conducting and managing feasibility studies with comparative solutions
  • Contribution to achieving the project goals for the construction of the Gigafactory
  • Monitoring and approval of documents from engineering offices / construction companies
  • Supervision and monitoring of the work
  • Management of an engineering office in its area of expertise and of construction companies
  • Regular dialogue on the project situation with the management teams

Qualifications:


  • Electrical engineer or comparable training
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Good knowledge of project management in the field of building electrics
  • Ability to analyse and synthesise, communication skills, persuasiveness,
  • Ability to work in a team, adaptability, responsiveness, ability to listen
  • Ability to manage suppliers and subcontractors
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
