What You'll Do

As an Agile Delivery Specialist, you are the leadfromthefront technology and Agile delivery expert who is deeply dedicated to your projects and clients
You'll be the project expert in gathering and documenting business requirements
You'll write user stories that effectively communicate the Product Owner's requirements and that are easily consumed by software development teams
You will be running Scrum ceremonies with limited to no oversight, proactively managing backlogs independently, and assisting project leads with planning and estimating activities
You'll be responsible for breaking down work into tasks and then planning and executing those tasks with mínimal direction, all while proactively managing risks and raising blocking concerns
You will also take on increasing team leadership responsibilities by assisting project leads to handle issues, mitigate risks, facilitate and attend meetings, as well as provide project status reporting to management

What You'll Bring

You bring 3+ years of product development experience using Agile development methodologies in all phases of product, software, and testing lifecycles
You demonstrate skills at defining and documenting business and functional requirements and are able to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
You possess strong investigative, analytical and interpersonal communication skills and combine them with the ability to work independently or in close coordination with a team to embrace challenging situations and solve complex problems.
You also have a real passion for building software solutions with stateoftheart technology and have firsthand experience in software delivery, specifically Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and Lean
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbally (ideally B2 level)
