Main responsibilities and duties

  • Offer and sell charter flights on different business jets of the fleet to B2B and B2C (direct and indirect customers)
  • Proactive followup on offers and realizing opportunities
  • Evaluation of flight requests and elaborate offers in respect of crew duty times, operational restrictions and operating costs
  • Business Development
  • Account Management and Customer Care
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

Qualifications

  • English and German is mandatory; any other languages are considered a great advantage (French, Spanish, Danish, Swedish, etc )
  • Strong decision making/taking ability
  • Analytical and negotiation skills
  • A high commitment to customer service
  • Must possess strong planning and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) are a must
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work on irregular hours
  • Applicants must have the right to live and work in EU
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer support/success, business development or account management.
  • Preferably with a sales background in the luxury, travel and/or hospitality industry with a keen interest in the aviation industry
  • Knowledge of airline operations (EASA Part OPS) not mandatory but is considered a great advantage
